Warranty & Service Guarantee

Blinds Element stands behind the products we supply and the work we perform. This limited warranty applies to eligible custom window treatments purchased through Blinds Element and installed at the original project location.
5-Year Limited Product Warranty
Shades, shutters, drapery, fabrics, tracks, hardware, and other non-motorized product components supplied by Blinds Element are covered for 5 years against defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential or commercial use.
3-Year Motor & Control Warranty
Motors, remotes, batteries, chargers, hubs, and related electrical or control components are covered for 3 years against eligible manufacturer or product defects.
Professional Measurement & Installation Guarantee
When Blinds Element performs the measurement and installation, we will correct eligible fit or installation issues caused by our measurement or installation work.
How to Request Warranty Service
- 1. Contact Blinds Element with your invoice or quote number, project address, photos or video of the issue, and a description of the product affected.
- 2. Blinds Element will review the claim and determine whether repair, replacement parts, product remake, or another reasonable correction is appropriate.
- 3. If the original material, color, control, or component is no longer available, a comparable substitute may be used.
Order Terms
- Custom window treatments are made to order for a specific project and are not refundable or exchangeable once approved, except for qualifying warranty issues.
- Customer is responsible for reviewing product selections, fabrics, colors, controls, room labels, measurements, and options before approval.
- Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser and original installation location and is not transferable unless approved in writing.
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear, fading, slight color variation, fabric texture variation, or natural material variation.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, pets, accidents, improper cleaning, chemicals, moisture, humidity, water intrusion, or environmental exposure.
- Damage caused by alterations, moving products to another location, third-party installation or repair, electrical work, building movement, wall conditions, or concealed site conditions.
- Outdoor exposure unless the product was specifically sold as an outdoor-rated product.
- Labor, removal, reinstallation, shipping, trip charges, or service charges unless covered by Blinds Element in writing.
Limitation
This warranty provides repair or replacement as the primary remedy. Blinds Element is not responsible for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages to the fullest extent allowed by law.
